Shipping Policy

UPDATE 1/1/22 -- THOMSON VISUALS IS ON HOLIDAY BREAK UNTIL JANUARY 14TH.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING WILL BE FREE, AND MOST ORDERS ARRIVE WITHIN 3-5 DAYS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WILL BE UNAVAILABLE WHILE WE MAKE PLANNED UPGRADES TO OUR SYSTEM.

Orders for in-stock items placed by 1pm Pacific will typically ship the next day via UPS or DHL, unless noted in the item description.

Orders shipped via USPS will typically ship within 48 hours. 

Free US domestic shipping, International options start at $15 for GlobalPost, $30 for DHL Worldwide. 

Note, some countries assess a VAT upon import, including: Canada, United Kingdom, EU territories.  

We do not "mark up" international shipping (in fact, we discount it on orders above $100 USD) -- but we understand that international shipping costs may influence your decision to purchase from us. Email sales@thomsonvisuals.com for a custom shipping quote.  

Apparel is typically shipped within 4-7 days, but may take up to 14 days during peak times.

Shipments are FOB origin Thomson Visuals, Anaheim, CA, RSM, CA, or San Jose, CA.  

We ship worldwide — except to the countries the US isn't allowed to export to.

If your country shows "no shipping options available" this is probably because we haven't shipped to your country yet, so those options aren't programmed in. Email us at sales@thomsonvisuals.com and we'll get that fixed. 

Worldwide shipping is charged a flat rate for apparel items and live DHL/FedEx/UPS rates for all other products. 

We are unable to:

  • Declare a lower customs value.
  • Assume liability for duties, taxes, or additional charges once the package has left our facility.
  • Assume liability for exporting a product that is unable to be imported into your country. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the product you are ordering can be lawfully imported into your country.

To consolidate logistics, we will group multiple products into a single shipment. If one item is on backorder, we will hold your order for fulfillment until it is able to ship as one complete parcel. You can contact us at store@thomsonvisuals.com for split-ship options. 

We will contact you if your order is impacted by an unexpected delay. 

A handful of countries require a notarized document of sale to facilitate export/import. You are responsible for the applicable charges. 

This shipping policy is offered as guidance and is subject to change at any time. Thomson Visuals disclaims liability for any errors and omissions, and in states where express disclaimer is not possible, to the extent we are lawfully able to do so. Thomson Visuals reserves its right to refuse service to anyone.
